It offered a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect &#8211; reminding attendees that they are never alone.<br>&nbsp;<br>Event attendees expressed appreciation for the supportive environment and creative activities, with many highlighting how enjoyable and valuable the experience was.<br>&nbsp;<br>Human Relief Foundation event coordinator, Ruhena Begum said, \u201cWe\u2019re happy to extend Human Relief Foundation\u2019s commitment to our local community and women\u2019s mental health &amp; wellbeing in the South Asian community.<br>&nbsp;<br>Seeking support is not a sign of weakness, but a courageous step toward understanding and managing emotional well-being.
