The acquisition was completed for an undisclosed sum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This strategic addition marks a significant milestone in Regal Food\u2019s growth journey, expanding its already diverse portfolio of food and beverage products, whilst paving the way for new opportunities in both UK and international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded in 1985, Suncrest is a trusted name in the soft drinks industry, known for its distinctive range of tropical fruit-flavoured beverages.
